The Penstock Lounge
The Penstock Lounge is unmatched in character. Stone-chiselled steps lead from the main restaurant level to a bar truly like no other. A dramatic penstock pipe that once supplied the water required to run the mechanics of the mill imposes itself in the space, re-purposed to now house bottles of the finest liqueurs, wines and spirits. Fascinating raw details juxtaposed against high-end finishes create the ultimate ambient experience.
