Service Experience According to the Ontario Reopening Road Map

We are committed to following all provincial guidelines for your safety, the safety of our team and our community.
We know that while our province reopens, each restriction will bring changes to what we have available and the way that we are able to operate. Regardless, we want to be sure that each and every visit with us is the best that it can be and that starts with an understanding of what you can expect when you come to see us next.

Step One

Hotel

All of our bedrooms have been fogged and diligently sanitized before you arrive.

All food and Beverage service is restricted to our outdoor spaces. Our restaurant and lounge are closed, we do have a full patio that will be open for service from 7:30am to 9:30 pm. Food and Beverage service can also be had on our rooftop pool deck and we offer our full menu delivered to your room as well.

Our rooftop pool is available for your use between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm. There is a maximum of 9 people allowed in the pool at any one time. The hot tub is closed.

The changerooms in our spa are closed, if you are having a spa treatment that requires a robe or joining us for a swim, we encourage you to wear the robe from your room. The fitness center in the spa is closed.

With limited seating on our restaurant patio we encourage you to book your dinner reservation when booking your hotel stay so that you are able to have your preferred dining time.

Restaurant

Service is on the patio only. Tables are spaced 2m apart.

Breakfast service is restricted to guests of the hotel only.

Lunch & Dinner reservations can be made from 12:00 Noon – 3:30 pm & 5:00pm – 9:30pm. We will screen all members of your party upon arrival for the purposes of contact tracing.

The largest table size is for 4 guests.

Dessert, cheese, and drinks are available for in-room dining until 11:30pm.

Parking is available at 24 Carlton Place, please walk across the pedestrian bridge to enter our main gates.

Spa

You will be sent an online covid screening and medical history form 24 hours in advance of your treatment with us – please take the time to fill this out in advance of your treatment to avoid congestion in our lobby.

We are able to perform massage treatments in a clinical setting with a Registered Massage Therapist. We are not able to perform any aesthetic (face or nail) treatments at this time.

Our showers, changerooms, fitness center, steam rooms, hot tub, and sauna are all closed.

Because our changerooms have to be closed, you will change right in your treatment room and we will only provide a robe should you be enjoying multiple treatments that require movement throughout the spa. If you are a guest of the hotel, consider wearing your robe to the spa for efficiency and added comfort.

Our relaxation lounge and second floor lounge remains closed.

Due to strict provincial guidelines, the pool is only able to be open to use by guests of the hotel only.

Parking is available at 24 Carlton Place, please use the pedestrian bridge to walk across and enter through our main gates.

Step Two

Our full menu is available for both in-room dining and on our outdoor patio for up to 6 people at one table. If you do not wish to have anyone enter your room for in-room dining, turndown service, lighting a fire, or room refreshment, please make the front desk aware upon check-in.

Our rooftop pool is available for your use between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm. There is a maximum of 9 people allowed in the pool at any one time. The hot tub is closed.
