Nestled in Elora’s picturesque landscape, our Chefs have a deep-rooted respect for culinary traditions which lays the groundwork for each of our menus. Our food is inspired by classic European cuisine in combination with the bounty around us and the excitement of distinct changes in season. Our bright fresh and lively summer menu transitions seamlessly to cozy, rich and warming winter flavours. Some of our menu highlights include our signature pancakes, handmade pastas, a varying range of items cooked on our wood-fired grill and multi-course tastings. With floor to ceiling windows in our upper and lower solariums, the restaurant at the Elora Mill is uniquely positioned to showcase the natural beauty of the Elora Gorge, but that’s not all! Patio.

A breezy and casual open-air setting for dining and drinks is just steps away from the gorge. The patio invites you to relax, connect and take in the magic of Elora.

Upper Bar.

Expertly crafted cocktails and good company come together in a warm, intimate setting. The perfect place for an afternoon, or to start or end your meal.

Penstock Lounge.

Where comfort meets character – the curved bar was built around the original penstock pipe. Our large wood fireplace, soft seating and mingling space makes the penstock lounge an ideal spot for group dining or sipping a delicious drink.

Spa café.

Located on the 2nd floor of the spa building, our café is a great stop during your spa day for nourishment and restoration. Complete with breathtaking views that overlook the gorge – this soothing space is the perfect extension of your spa experience.

Let the Chef cook for you! Served nightly, this is one of our favourite menus. We invite you to let go and trust in your experience with us. Served blind, this 4-course tasting menu is made to celebrate the beauty of all we have to offer in Elora. We highly suggest the wine and beverage pairings from our fabulous sommelier to enhance each dish and bring that special touch to your evening.

THE Kitchen Counter.

Named after everyone’s favourite place to be at a dinner party – the kitchen counter experience is a fun and modern-style multi-course tasting menu right in the heart of the action. Get behind the scenes, see our chefs in action, sample test dishes and watch a service unfold. Not for the faint of heart, this is a dynamic dinner never to be forgotten!

Mimosa Breakfast.

Perhaps one of our best kept secrets and the most important meal of the day! Unlimited mimosas combined with your choice of any breakfast, freshly baked pastry selection and tea, coffee or cappuccino. Available Daily (7:30am-10:30am).

Exceptional food and wine is the core of all celebrations. We have a selection of options depending on your group size and the nature of your event. Our team will be happy to help you curate the occasion you are looking for.

VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN OPTIONS.

Fresh and delicious vegetables in season are the cornerstones of our menus but you may not see all we have to offer. With each menu change, we also create vegetarian and vegan tasting menus. Please make note on your reservation and we will be ready with a selection of delicious fresh dishes to suit your cravings.
