Join us on a culinary adventure in our two-story restaurant. Our mission: to magnify our region’s rich agriculture and heritage and highlight the produce from our local, organic farm. A kitchen inspired by the landscape around us, Executive Chef Dacha Markovic engages and collaborates with local purveyors, farmers and artisans to channel their experience, insight and sense of community into seasonal, creative and delicious dishes. The restaurant is a study in contrasts: the raw, exposed stone wall versus the clean, clear, floor-to-ceiling windows in our upper and lower solariums overlooking the gorge; the tranquility and warmth of good food and good company versus the chaotic churn of the Grand River below. With a menu that changes weekly based on the harvest from our farm, we are proud to introduce guests to our true farm-to-table dining experience. This is not ‘just’ dinner.
