Monday
Slow Flow Yin Fusion Yoga.
As winter settles over Elora, it offers a natural invitation to slow down and replenish from within. This calming practice is designed to bring steady harmony to both body and mind through mindful movement and intentional stillness. In the warm, tranquil atmosphere of the studio, you’ll be guided through a soothing practice that provides a welcome pause from the season’s rhythm. You will leave feeling centered, renewed, and comfortably at ease. All levels are welcome!

Learn to Make Sourdough.
Warm up with a cozy sourdough workshop led by our Bakery Team. This inviting demonstration celebrates the comfort and connection of slow food. As the aroma of fermenting dough fills the room, you will learn the thoughtful steps behind creating beautiful bread while appreciating its unhurried pace. It’s a grounding experience that pairs perfectly with the season’s focus on nurturing warmth, wellness and simple satisfying pleasures.

Painting.
A guided painting workshop designed to clear the mind and potentially spark your inner creative. As you follow simple step-by-step instructions, the simple act of mixing colours and building your canvas becomes a calming experience. The atmosphere is warm and unpressured, allowing you to focus, breathe and enjoy the process. You will leave with your own piece of artwork to take home and some inspiration. All levels are welcome.

Mindful Wine Tasting.
Mindful indulgence — The start of a new year offers an opportunity to refine your approach, not restrict it. This wellness-minded wine tasting invites you to explore what truly matters in your glass, guided by our sommelier through thoughtful producers and inspiring regions. It’s a chance to savour with intention and discover how enjoying wine with awareness can become its own form of ritual.

Meditation and Breathwork.
In the quiet of winter, make space to pause and breathe. This restorative session introduces simple, grounding techniques to ease tension, clear the mind, relax and support your well-being throughout the day. With gentle breathwork and guided non-sleep deep rest meditation (yoga nidra), you’ll reconnect with your inner calm and create space for clarity to return. You’ll leave feeling centred, relaxed and ready to meet the season with renewed ease.

Wellness Nature Walk.
Step into the calm of the season and reconnect with the landscape around you. Among Eastern White Cedars – rich in stress-reducing, immune-supporting phytoncides – you will move gently through the trails, taking in the greenery, the flowing water and grounding nature scents. Even a short time outdoors can boost clarity, ease the nervous system and support deeper, more restorative sleep. A mindful way to let winter work its quiet magic.

Oxygen infusion Therapy - 60 Mins.
This rejuvenating facial infuses the skin with a gentle stream of high-pressure oxygen, delivering a bespoke blend of nutrient-rich serums precisely tailored to each guest’s needs. Especially restorative in winter, it deeply hydrates dry, dehydrated skin, boosts circulation for a natural, healthy glow, and fortifies the moisture barrier against the season’s cold, dry air. The treatment soothes redness, revives dullness and leaves the complexion calm, luminous and beautifully renewed.

Wellbeing Circuit - 60 Mins.
The Winter Wellness Water Circuit is a soothing journey of warmth, contrast, and mindful restoration. Guests begin with a warm herbal tea and a gentle shower before moving through the sauna, a refreshing breath of winter air, and the calming flow of the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. A hydration pause and eucalyptus steam room further relax the body and clear the mind, followed by a cool rinse to reawaken the senses. This harmonious rhythm of hot and cold enhances circulation, strengthens immunity, calms the nervous system, and leaves guests feeling balanced, radiant, and deeply refreshed.
This circuit is available to hotel guests and guests of the spa with booked facials, body treatments and massages.

Sharing in a feast communally is one of our oldest traditions. And for good reason – eating with others builds connection, reduces stress and boosts your well-being. Join us to experience our communal dinners and enjoy a thoughtfully crafted meal built around the warm and nourishing flavours of the winter season – our chefs have been curing, smoking and fermenting to highlight traditional techniques used to preserve during these cold months. Your seriously delicious candlelit evening includes a cocktail reception with welcome drink and snacks and a shared 4 course feast.
