Wellness Workshops.
These afternoon classes are designed so that you can make the most of your time in Elora and to give you a chance to explore a little deeper. Perfectly timed to join after lunch, as a start or end to your spa day or as a stop along your path. Each workshop was created to celebrate all of our favourite things: great food, art and community, craftsmanship, wine-making and overall well-being.
Workshops are open to day visitors and are complimentary for guests of the hotel.

Restorative Yoga.
Escape the summer heat with this pure, intentional, restorative practice. Immerse yourself in cooling breathwork designed to calm the nervous system, then transition into deep rest with supported postures to melt tension away. Think of it as the ultimate mid-summer reset, promoting the deep rest you have been craving. Perfect for all levels, with welcoming options offered for every body.

The Perfect Canelé.
Master the elusive art of the French classic in our upcoming Canelé Making Workshop. Join us for a session where we break down the science behind that iconic, dark-amber crust and the rich, custardy heart inside. From prepping the traditional copper molds to perfecting the cold-batter rest, you will learn the exact techniques needed to bake these Bordeaux beauties flawlessly at home.

paint and sip.
Capture the crown jewel of the gorge, one brushstroke at a time. Join us for a special architectural landscape edition of our summer Sip & Paint workshop as we paint the historic David Street Bridge.
Our instructor will guide you step-by-step through capturing the dramatic limestone arches, the towering canopy, and the rushing waters of the Irvine Creek below. It’s a perfect blend of historic architecture and raw natural beauty—made even better with a glass of wine in hand.
All skill levels are welcome.

Escape with us for a tasting journey inspired by the places and moments that make wine memorable. Sun drenched coastlines, cobblestoned streets, bustling wine bars, mountain escapes, and rustic rolling hills. Wines do more than just tell us about the grape, they tell us about the place and transport us with just one sip. This series is designed to celebrate the adventurous spirit and carefree inspiration of summer in every glass.

Guided Historical Walk of Elora.
Step back in time and uncover the hidden narratives, architecture, and legends that shaped our beautiful village. Our Guided Historical Walk isn’t just a stroll, it’s an insider’s look into the gripping history, forgotten secrets, and pioneer grit that built Elora from the ground up.
Led by a passionate local historian, you will learn about old architecture, trace the footsteps of early settlers along the river, and see the town you love through a completely new lens. Perfect for history buffs, curious locals and summer visitors alike! Bring sunscreen and comfortable footwear for this activity.

eucalyptus steam room awaits deepening your relaxation, while a cool rinse or iced towel delivers a bright, energizing finish. This harmonious rhythm of warmth and refreshing contrast boosts circulation, supports immunity, calms the nervous system, and leaves you feeling radiant and renewed for the sunny season ahead.

On select Wednesdays this summer, join us in the lounge from 5pm to 8pm to meet featured Ontario winemakers in a relaxed and inviting setting. Hear the stories behind each bottle, enjoy conversation with the maker, and purchase a glass of wine or a bottle to savour alongside dinner in the restaurant or bring home to continue the experience. A celebration of Ontario wine, right here in the heart of Elora.
