We know that we all must be diligent in our behaviours and our protocols to be certain that all of our guests and our team can remain safe through this time.

Before you visit, we ask that you monitor your symptoms and your potential risk.

During your time with us we ask:

  • That you wear a mask in all public spaces
  • Keep a safe distance from all other guests
  • You are conscious to sanitize frequently and to touch as little as possible
  • That you are visiting only with members of your household
  • That you are visiting with no more than four people in total
  • That everyone you are visiting with has also monitored their own symptoms and potential risk
  • Please expect active screening upon arrival

We appreciate your efforts and understanding that we need to keep everyone in our community safe.

Please note that we are located in Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health Region. Details for our regions public health regulations can be found here.

Masks

In the interest of public safety, the safety of our team, and our guests, we require masks to be worn in all public spaces.

Enhanced Cleanliness

Significant increases in regular disinfection across all areas of our properties, starting with our public spaces, washrooms, and high-traffic areas. We have removed all shared items that are unable to be sanitized.  Additional team members are scheduled and trained to focus on enhanced cleaning, using EPA listed disinfectants and monitor social distancing standards.

Heightened Guest Safety and Comfort

We will operate at a reduced capacity to ensure adequate time for sanitization protocols and to provide additional personal space for all of our guests. Hand sanitizer is available in all areas of the hotel and we have reduced points of contact and minimized use of shared spaces. Additionally, we perform a weekly review and enhancement of all protocols across each department

Empowered and Educated Team Members

Enhanced health & safety training measures for all team members, including the correct procedures for wearing PPE equipment (three-layer masks and protective eyewear is provided for our team), social distancing awareness, and retraining of cleaning protocols. All team members self-screen and monitor temperature upon arrival to work and are aware of case notification protocols.

Guest Assessment

For the safety of our team and other guests, we ask that you use the Ontario Public Health Self-Assessment Tool before joining us for your visit.
