  • Please do not overcrowd in the amenity areas of our spa and watch for restricted signage while using our changerooms, sauna, steam rooms, hot tub and pool have limited guest count requirements
  • Please ride the elevator only with members of your same household

The hotel and all amenities are open. We are restricting the number of guests in certain areas to keep space and our fitness facility will be open to one guest/household at any one time.

Vaccine passports are not required for the hotel, they are required for indoor dining in our restaurant – please have these items accessible when you come to dine.

All of our services remain open, you will be required to wear a mask during all treatments. For facials, we have a safe and smaller mask alternative that will allow us to access more of your face and provide you with a fulfilling treatment. Our amenities have limited capacities. Please be conscious of others and be sure to keep distance  and wear a mask indoors at all times.  Our fitness facility will only be available to one guest/household at a time.

Vaccine passports are not required.

Our indoor restaurant is open with 2m distance between each table. Masks are required at all times when moving through any public spaces.

You will be required to show your identification, and proof of vaccine, or proof of exemption from September 22nd. Please be sure to have these documents prepared upon arrival.

We do have an outdoor dining area that is not covered and has limited heating. Outdoor dining does not require a vaccine passport.

Weddings & Events

We are able to host weddings and events at a 50% capacity. All of our dining tables will be 2m apart. All guests are required to wear masks at all times when moving though the function area including all mingling and dancing. Masks are to be kept on during wedding ceremonies and please keep a safe distance from others. Additional seating will be provided.

From September 22nd, vaccine passports or proof of exemption and identification is required for all guests attending a wedding reception. Please be sure to have these items prepared as you are entering the building so that we can welcome you efficiently.

At this time, guests who are joining us for a ceremony only are not required to provide proof of vaccination or exemption.

From September 22nd through October 12th, inclusive for all wedding ceremonies.

The government has provided additional time to allow you to get your vaccination and wait the 14 days afterward. For this reason, during this time, if you are unable to provide a vaccine passport, you will be able to enter with proof of a negative covid test.
