Join us on a culinary adventure in our two-story restaurant. Our mission: to magnify our region’s rich agriculture and heritage and highlight the produce from our local, organic farm. A kitchen inspired by the landscape around us, Elora Mill Hotel & Spa engages and collaborates with local purveyors, farmers and artisans to channel their experience, insight and sense of community into seasonal, creative and delicious dishes. The restaurant is a study in contrasts: the raw, exposed stone wall versus the clean, clear, floor-to-ceiling windows in our upper and lower solariums overlooking the gorge; the tranquility and warmth of good food and good company versus the chaotic churn of the Grand River below. With a menu that changes weekly based on the harvest from our farm, we are proud to introduce guests to our true farm-to-table dining experience. This is not ‘just’ dinner.
