Elora Taste

Join us on a culinary adventure in our two-story restaurant. Our mission: to magnify our region’s rich agriculture and heritage and highlight the produce from our local, organic farm. A kitchen inspired by the landscape around us, Elora Mill Hotel & Spa engages and collaborates with local purveyors, farmers and artisans to channel their experience, insight and sense of community into seasonal, creative and delicious dishes. The restaurant is a study in contrasts: the raw, exposed stone wall versus the clean, clear, floor-to-ceiling windows in our upper and lower solariums overlooking the gorge; the tranquility and warmth of good food and good company versus the chaotic churn of the Grand River below. With a menu that changes weekly based on the harvest from our farm, we are proud to introduce guests to our true farm-to-table dining experience. This is not ‘just’ dinner.

Elora Taste: The Farm Series

The New Elora Taste Menu is a 4-course menu that brings together dishes to highlight the extraordinary ingredients and Tastes from Elora and surrounding areas. The menu and wine pairings will change each month with harvest and availability. The very first Elora Taste Menu was designed to showcase the produce and innovation from our own Pearle Farm team.

Get to Know the Farm

Situated on 80 acres of farmland in Flamborough Ontario, our farm team works collaboratively with the Pearle Chefs to create an authentic partnership that brings organic produce directly to Pearle Hospitality restaurants. Farm Manager Laura Headley and Chef Jonathan partnered for Elora Taste to select their favourite ingredients to feature at their peak for this special new menu.
